Our target populations comprises Street and marginalized Children, Orphan,  Children with disabilities, Working Children, Out of School Children, Vulnerable Women, Slum dwellers and floating people, Disaster victims in affected areas.

A child focused and community based approach has been adapted by SUROVI while consideration was given to the national plan and policy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as guiding principle. SUROVI expanded its development interventions across 8 divisions of Bangladesh both in urban and rural settings covering over one million vulnerable children, youth, women and people living in poverty line. 

Partnership with government, national, international, private and corporate donor agencies is the priority area of the organization. Community participation is ensured all level of development interventions. SUROVI always give emphasis to create enabling environment and take initiatives for capacity development of the staff members.

During the years being SUROVI has been enhancing its capacity to expand its area of operation in the diversified field to cover the most vulnerable children, youth, women and families to bring them under a safeguard and creating an enabling atmosphere to boom their potentiality. Through our intervention, now this is possible to reach one lac vulnerable people in each year; this number is increasing gradually.
